Bittersweet...

It is always a great day for me to see one of "my" babies come in for their One year Session! But in some ways it is sad too!

I really enjoy watching these children grow and change throughout their first year of life. By the end of that first year I have bonded with the babies and their families, after all, I see them every 3 to 4 months. I hear all the stories, I see the changes, it is truly bittersweet for me. I meet them when they are held in the crook of your arms, and at the end of the year, most are walking and have little personalities all there own!

Zoey and her family are no exception! I have seen then on a regular schedule for the past year and today little Zoey came in for her birthday session. And, as always, we had a terrific session. She is incredibly sweet little girl and we had fun - and got some amazing images. She did especially well because she came in during what is normally her morning nap time but she managed to totally ROCK IT!!! Yay ZOEY!!!
