Awards!

Well, I recently got back from our State Conference that is held in North Conway every year. They have a large print competition. They had over 300 entries this year which is Amazing! The competition starts at 8:30 in the am and went untill almost 9:30 pm!!!

And, I am proud to announce that two of my prints received scores of 86!!! (I have never gotten above an 80!) The first of those prints, titled "Scream", won a Fuji Masterpiece Award and a Judges Choice Award! It was an image of my daughter which made it extra special!

The other image that scored the 86, titled "Dreaming of Tomorrow" won a Judges Choice Award! This was also special to me because it was an image of an expectant mom (and people that have entered competition for years tell me that pregnant woman never score well in comp for one reason or another so this was a goal that I made for myself and I made it!) Thanks to Julie for allowing me to create this image of her beautiful belly!
